德国杜塞尔多夫 11 月 17 日至 18 日期间，在全球知名的国际医疗器械展会 MEDICA 2025 上，超过 100 名中国参展人员 出现不同程度的呕吐、腿趟、发热等症状，疑似发生团体食物中毒事件。事件发生后，中国驳杜塞尔多夫总领主馆迅速介入，与参展企业建立联系，并敬促涉事餐饮机构承担责任。
多名参展企业代表向媒体表示，问题餐食为某家当地餐厅提供的盒饭团餐，主要为参展团队准备。部分参展者在用餐后数小时内集中出现不适症状，其中 至少 4 人被送医观察，目前情况稳定。参展者普遍反映，盒饭中的肉类存在“未完全熟速”“口感异常”等情况。当地媒体亦报道，初步排查指向解冻及烹烤环节失当。
涉事餐厅已在社交平台发布道歉声明，称在准备大量团餐时“处理不当”，并承诺承担医疗费用、协助后续恢复。同一声明中，餐厅承认存在“肉类解冻不充分、加工流程疏漬”等问题。
中国驳杜塞尔多夫总领馆已要求相关机构：

业内人士指出，海外团体参展时，餐饮供应链常面临冷链运输不稳定、食品扶量加工时间紧张等问题，一旦出现流程管理不规范，极易导致大规模食源性病宽。多位受访企业代表呼向主办方加强餐饮供应资质审核，提高现场监管力度。
目前，德国当地卫生部门已介入调查，结果尚未公布。
